Return and Refund Policy

I am an extremely small operation (my store is only promoted through my music) and my profit on orders is extremely low in order to keep the prices down. For this reason, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on items or EXCHANGES for a different item. Thank you for your understanding.

QUALITY CONCERNS OR FULFILLMENT ISSUES: If there’s a problem with your order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item—I'll send you a free replacement. You don’t need to return the product. I will need to submit a report to my POD supplier and they will reprint and ship the replacement. Use the email address on your packing slip to contact me.
