On the Winter Solstice of 2022, I received a clear message: it's time to journey into The Dark and heal the things that were contributing to so much internal suffering. So I put my business on hold and set my trust firmly in the belief that The Universe will support me. I committed to healing my psyche, restoring my nervous system, and processing the unprocessed energies clogging my being so that I could return to my true nature. I didn't have the language for it, but eventually realized that I had followed my dharma into The Dark. This is the story of my unfolding.
